@moneydance Considering taking the plunge. How does MD handle rental properties?

The Seabreeze Inn

The Seabreeze Inn

My Role

Design, Development (ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL), Information Architecture, SEO, SEM (Adwords)

The Seabreeze Inn is a small bed and breakfast located in Newport, RI.

I designed the look and feel of this web site and built it using ASP.Net. For this site, I also created a .Net based server control that consumes the weather.com web service and displays the current temperature and forecast data for Newport, RI.

In addition to the design and development, I also started and maintain the businesses Google Adwords campaign. Online reservations are booked through a reservation system named InnLink and all conversions are tracked (to the extent allowed) using Adwords and Google Analytics.

Efforts have resulted in a marked increase in reservations and overall customer satisfaction.

…and I did this all for no-cost since the Inn is owned and operated by my mom, who is awesome…Hi Mom!
